Currency exchange "order compleated" but i cant get the proceeds.

I placed 1n order it completed. it took what i was selling but did not give me the other side of the trade. i did it again same result. the orders are sitting in completed state. I hit X to cancel the order but it only weapon swaps.
How can i get proceeds. i see a symbol over faustus head looking like a hand receiving a money sack but i see no way to get it.

I finally figured it out. It was not clear when you state gold border means ready to collect, that one must click directly on currency with border.

Thanks for your hints. I ran into the exact same problem, and it looks to me the UI is not designed clear enough, which causes some confusion.
