Essence bug

I have been doing essences/heist/shrines for most of this league, and there is 1 main bug happening to essences. Sometimes when you kill an essence monster, no essences drop. Here’s what I found out.

If this bug happens, it will happen multiple times in that 1 map, but if it doesn’t it won’t happen for the rest of the map.

It has nothing related to map mods as I am running normal yellow maps with no mods.

I have gotten this bug to happen with gold dropping and with nothing dropping, but never with gear dropping.

It has happened in different maps before, so it doesn’t apply only to certain maps.

It seems like the game still recognizes this essence, because I run this strat with crystal resonance, and the essence count on the boss isn’t changed even when the essence doesn’t drop.

(And yes, I have held alt, refreshed my loot filter, and tried no filter as well, it has nothing with the drop not showing up for me, it just doesn’t drop.)

It's your gloves. It's been a known issue for quite a while.

I see, never knew this was a known bug, but why would it only happen to me multiple times on the same map, and never happen once in other maps?

try removing the animate guardian and see if the issues stop
