very bad fps stutter since patch

note the shader bar every time i move this maxes out my frame rates drop from 60 to 8 in most maps idk what yaal did but ggg please fix this
i tried vulkan as well as dx12 vulkan takes weeks to load dx12 is stutter free but takes so long to load up animations that some times the enimies are invisable for minutes at a time

My wife has constant shader bar peak and super slow load times as well, seems to be an issue with certain setups. I've manually deleted the local shader cache and it slightly improves things for a while.

change back to DX11
