Can't hire disenchanter, not a single recruit after 15 rerolls. Any advice?

Have disenchantment level 2.

Use other recruits until you get lucky later on. Sure, they'll be slower, but at least you get a bit of dust. You know, just like in real life; use the intern until you hire the guy with the phd.
