Cant get kirac mission or access hes missions or do maven stones

Hi for a couple of days now i have not been able to active the kirac missions. i failed one, (since bligth lags me so bad i had to leave). and after that the 6-9 missions i had stored is gone, and nothing happens when i try clicking the "kirac mission" bottom. now at 10 completed for maven, i dont drop any stone(quest line nr 10) and cant buy from kirac neather. as said its 2 days ago i failed and it have not reset or worked since. while i done many maps so even if something fucked up, i should have gotten new missions by now
