How to get shaper/elder item drops

Hi. I've been running, maybe 17-20 maps with elder or shaper scarabs. I don't get any influence drops.

If I use the 'shrine of apparitions' scarab, I get TONS of warlord/reeemer/etc drops.

Is there another scarab I should be using? Or is there something I'm doing wrong? (i've checked my filter settings with other items manually and that is not it).

I want to find some elder/shaper bases :)
