Even after investing in kirac nodes i cant get any kirac missions

It's a percentage chance, per boss kill.
If you open your atlas tree, on the right "show stats" What's your chance to receive a kirac missions? | |

21% after 50+ maps is not 0. Kirac missions are bugged for sure.
