Archnemesis modifiers

Hello,

I was just wondering, do modifiers like "Lunaris-touched" still exist for rare monsters? I haven't seen any on rare monsters in this league and don't know if they have been nerfed or removed entirely since Affliction. Do they exist? Are they extremely rare? Do they just not convert loot anymore?

They do still exist. I had one appear yesterday. There is also a scarab to ensure one or two in a map, but that makes them tougher.
