Elevated Redeemer Phys Taken as Cold has lower value than un-elevated T1 mod

The value range for Redeemer T1 Phys taken as Cold is displayed as 13-15%.
I elevated this mod and the upgraded mod values display as 11-13%. I noticed that the datamined values for Influenced 'phys taken as' mods are not equal across the different elements: Crusader: T2 (4-6)% - T1 (7-10)% - Elevated (11-13)% Redeemer: T2 (8-12)% - T1 (13-15)% - Elevated (11-13)% Warlord: T2 (4-6)% - T1 (7-10)% - Elevated (11-13)% I haven't tested if the lower tiers of the Redeemer mod actually have those values or if it's just a display bug. this seems also applies to mod on body armor not only the helmet mod, mod value ninja buffed
