"Chaos damage with hits is lucky" Runesmithing enchant, local or global?

My guess is global, but it's out of my price range to test, and stuff like "hits can't be evaded" is local, although weapons have local/base accuracy so maybe that's why that'd be local while the chaos one is global.

On a weapon it reads as a 100% local stat.

I'll bump since my initial reaction wasn't thoughtful enough, I guess.
Lucky/unlucky damage doesn't pick twice within the weapon's damage range. The damage roll happens after calculations, so it can't be truly local (like AS, accuracy, etc). The enchantment is either "semilocal" (technically global but restricted to the weapon it's on) or global. Descriptions of the former stats usually specify something like "with this Weapon". Now I'm more inclined to think it's global and works on spells. | |

Did anyone find the answer yet so I don't blow 30 divines on my soulrend of the spiral dagger? And then, does it affect poison highrolls or does it have no effect.

I'm in the same position, trying to find an answer but cannot afford to test. If it were local, I'd have assumed the wording to specify "Chaos damage with hits with this weapon is lucky" or something to that effect, but then I've never seen two "with" in a descriptor before...
On poedb[1], this enchant is tagged "Global", unlike other enchantments which are tagged "Local" as you'd expect (e.g. +2 metres to Weapon Range) so maybe this is the authority on the subject?  [1]: https://poedb.tw/us/Power_Rune#CraftingBench | |

poedb is ABSoLUTELY the authority on the subject, and likely has the data straight from the coding of the game.
It is a Global mod if PoeDB says it is. |

I made it and can most definitely testify that it's global: the damage boost is massive. At the same time, I'm not enjoying the character anymore having to use Whirling Blades instead of Leap Slam... :( | |
