ELEMENTAL HIT ONE SHOT ISSUE (NEWBIE)

Hi, guys my problem is getting constantly one shoted at 16t map, issue with bosses also, dont know what the problem is, could you tell me what im missing with build, and what shoud i fix and focus on?

well you have basically no life on your gear, your evasion is low, no block, your suppression isn't capped, flask setup is wrong, steelskin is automated, you're not immune to elemental ailments
it's a miracle that you can run t16s with this build, there isn't any defensive layer | |

so steelskin should not be automated? also my blood rage i dont know if it should be automated
