Missing itens

Hi, had a "problem" from yesterday to today, asked in the support email and it said to post the problem here in hopes a developer may answer my question, will put bellow my exact email.

"I am not sure if thats what happened, but let me ask anyway. As far as I recall when i logged out yesterday i had divines on my currency stash tab and portals and scroll of wisdon on my inventory, and a veiled orb selling on the currency exchange NPC for 5divs. But when i logged today a few minutes ago, the npc had sold the veiled, then when i went to put on the stash tab it had no divines besides the ones from the sell of the npc and no scrolls on the inventory. Can you people see if i am crazy or if something really went missing?

They are trained to use canned reply, but not really know anything about the game


It is more likely you choose the wrong exchange ratio anyway.


Any screenshot of the currency exchange BEFORE you click collect?

no, i dont have a print before taking the currency from the trade, i just noticed the missing currency when i was putting the 5 divines that i took from the exchange on the stash, that had no divines in it.

As far as I can see from other threads, then GGG doesn't offer any kind of ingame tracking of currency or items. So no one will be able to answer you here.
Why support didn't tell you this, I don't understand.

they told me they didnt have, but the devs could answer something on my post, but didnt guarantee they would have time due to stric upcoming deadlines.
