about singular Focus and 17Tmap drop

I am sending you an email because I have a question.

I am wondering if there is a difference in the 17T map drop rate between taking a singular focus and not taking it.

In Korea, people know that the singular focus rule is applied first and the 17T map drop rate is lower, but if the probability of dropping to a 17T map is applied before the probability of changing to a singular focus currency, there should be no difference in the drop rate.

Anyway, what I am curious about is whether there is a difference in the drop rate in the two different situations.
