Reduced mana recovery rate

Hello!
Eater altar give me "18% REDUCED HP, mana and ES recovery rate" Before Altar i have 1000+ mana p.s. regen, after "18%" i have 297 mana p.s. It's bug or action is written incorrectly? Minus 18% from base or from global mana regen anyway not 700 mana p.s. Last bumped on Aug 8, 2024, 8:07:04 AM

If it had been written about Endurance, I wouldn’t have any questions. but it was simply written about reduction.

Take a screenshot next time. According to poedb, there is no simply reduction mod.
