I lost the Sun Orb in a temple instance. Can't proceed in the game

I was in one of the temple instances. I tried to pick up one of the keys but my inventory was full. I stupidly dropped the sun orb to pick it up and then I ran out of time. What can I do?

Start a new instance and kill the boss again. A new orb should drop
