Terrible technical support

You cannot directly communicate with support. I tried to message them and get an auto reply saying to make a thread post. I made a thread post says ago with no help or reply. I see people with the same issue also not getting help. I haven't been able to play the game for 5 days because of this issue. My game crashes non stop. The issue persists even after a fresh windows install. A fresh game install. A new GPU. New ram. No other game has any issues at all so after all my tests I know it's an issue with path of exile and they would rather fix small bugs with tinctures then fix the game. It's a joke for how much money they make.
