Twist of Fate and T17 Maps

I'm not sure if its just not stated but should be or is a bug but twist of fate doesn't work with T17 corrupted rare maps. The map simply does not open, no error message or anything

Bump, same issue, is it intended then it should be written on Twist of Fate that for t16 maps and lower
There once was an exile who found a map of infinite doctors.
