(SOLVED) Experiencing bad rubberbanding

I've been experiencing a very bad rubberbanding issues since this league started (I think worse than affliction compared to the content I'm doing).

I tried playing in Paris, Frankfurt, Milan and London but having the same issue in all of them.

Ok solved ( I don't know how to delete a post ). I wasn't in lockstep.
