Disconnected / Failed to connect to instance

When i'm in a party with my friend, i cannot join their instance.

If i enter an instance first, then can join me. If they enter the instance first, i get disconnected if i try to enter.

Everything worked fine during league start, this is a new problem that just started happening a few weeks ago. Cannot seem to find any info on a fix.
