Using Higher End laptop, Randomly started having FPS Issues.

Laptop Specs:
Rtx 4050
Intel I7 13620h
16gb DDR 5
SK Hynix 512gb ssd

When I open task manager nothing goes above 50% usage except my RAM which goes to 80%.

When the games latency section is open I have 3-4 fps and it shows my gpu latency between 250-500ms.

I have updated drivers, messed with every game file, reinstalled twice, reinstalled windows, factory reset my pc, and changed every graphics setting. This pc was not having any issues on poe until I put in and removed an ssd I wanted to take files off of. I never ended up taking files off of it.

To make sure this isn't caused by a bugged newer version of an Nvidia driver try this April 552.22 version.

Tried that, didn't work
Can you post a screenshot of your performance metrics/diags that shows up?
The one that shows all latency, shaders, ram, vram?

Also, if you want more detailed diags could you post an image of GPU-Z from your PC?

What is your CPU latency during all of this? Have you checked for BIOS and Chipset driver updates for your PC?

Lastly, can you run a check on your drive?
