High latency issues in game

Hey there!

For a quite some time i have trouble with hight latency in game, but in log menu ping is fine. I play at Japan servers and in main menu ping is like 30-40, but in game regardless this is mapping or staying in hideout ping can be a lot higher like 200-300+…

In other games or watching videos connection is completely fine.

I've tried following this guide https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3072628 but evertything stays the same.

I erased my ssd and reinstalled windwos, donwload poe again and this problem stays...

Can you suggest me any help with this?
