Semi casual question/annoyance

So i finally managed to gather up enough fragments to fight the shaper..
20 seconds into the fight i get thrown out from the server. Full "timeout". Almost never happens.. Log in directly. All portals gone and the fragments are gone. Do GGG actually support in situations like this or am i screwed? Last bumped on Aug 12, 2024, 11:23:15 AM

happens... i lost cata drops on start leag when it finaly drop veil orb + chest... also got dc and lost all tp + all loot

No they won't give you the fragments back. It sucks but it happens.

Stuff like this happens, sadly. And no, they don't help out in these kind of situations, as that would require A LOT from them. Thousands of players, logs and support. Hell, I wrote support the other day and I only got:
" Which is... Subpar. Anyhow, if you want some Shaper fragments, hook me up in-game and I can give you some. Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
