Missing t-shirt and hoodie

Last December I purchased/upgraded to the pack that gives the t-shirt and hoodie and put in my shipping information so I could receive those. It never arrived and I recently remembered about it and opted to contact PoE support for it. Support asked me to name a few characters from my account, which I did. Following that, support asks me for the address associated with my account. I have given every single address I have ever lived at or would have possibly entered and all support will say to me is "that doesn't match the record we have on file for your account" and won't give me any other information at all. Does anyone know of another step I can take or a way I can find what address was entered at the time? Possible a number or two was accidentally swapped on checkout, but I can't know for sure since support is extremely unhelpful and wouldn't even answer my question when I asked if there was an alternative method I could take to verify I am the owner of the account.

As this does relate to sensitive personal information could you please continue to discuss these matters with out team members via our support email.
I'm currently doing that as well. Just wanted to ask the community if they had any ideas since I haven't been able to get anywhere in any of the emails I've had with the team member through the support email
