Banned for no reason

I am owner of account DeathIsComingSoon with 900+ hours (I don't know if they are much but just mentioning) which was banned for literally no reason. This can be considered a rant or maybe not.
I was simply playing the game as it supposed but got banned for "Third party software use". Immediately searched the internet found that you can appeal a ban.
I simply appealed the ban that "I didn't use any third party software please look into it". While waiting searched the internet what could be the reason found that many people were banned when their char hit level 40. And exactly this happened with me. On the day of the ban I hit level 40 on my fourth char of the league.
I even mailed support that please consider this possible bug of level 40 in my appeal (I mailed before my ban appeal was rejected). But to my surprise my ban appeal was rejected and poof goes my time I invested.
In these types of games where invested time directly translates to fun/progress it is sad.
Further it discourages me to create a new account. What if I invest my time again and they ban me for no reason.
It is really disheartening, at least they should manually look for mistakes from their end for players that are suggesting some possible bug from their side (like the 40 level thing in my case).
Yes I mailed, messaged them and they simply say we cant do anything like can't you check for mistakes on your end?.
Guess this was the end for my Path of Exile I enjoyed it very much. Won't be playing again.

Yes Sir, I saw your thread It is very unfortunate. I also believe that GGG don't even manually check cases like ours and ban appeal is simply a formality. I also saw your thread where a guild member (or someone you know) was unbanned after around 1 month of ban. I think this was a one in a million chance since wherever I go and message they simply quote "Your ban appeal was rejected we cant do anything....". Contray to you I didn't spend anything on mtx or stash tabs (don't judge my finance please it is bad XD) so I will simply leave the efforts.
I hope they will listen to you and your unban appeal rather than providing a copy pasted reply.
