Crackling and metallic sounds happening often while playing

So almost every play session this league i have this happening, out of the blue all the sound effects of the game become crackled and metallic and extremelly annoying, and other sounds in my system become choppy. It comes and goes, but its consistent in happening and i am playing a lot since league start so i have this pretty much tested.

I've read that it may be because of the load on the system, but my PC is pretty ok (ryzen 5800x, 3070 and game running on a M.2 ssd) and this does not happen in any other circunstance other than while playing PoE. Tried a bunch of things like driver updates, disabling other audio drivers other than my headphone's, using --softwareaudio (or something) flag on the launcher, changing channel counts both in game and in audio settings and nothing works to prevent this.
