How to Fix the Ping Problem Starting with Patch 3.25

In Patch 3.24, I could still play games normally. However, after starting Patch 3.25, the game’s ping is consistently over 200. Is there a way to solve this problem?

Find the source of the latency, then go from there (WinMTR while you play for a minimum of 300 seconds also when you have the latency problem)
