Japan realm network issues

Hello, while I was playing the campaign at the start of the league I didn't felt any network issues at all, but since one week ago I'm having huge lag spike issues in the Japan server. I might be playing for a while and everything is fine, and after some time, the spikes starts and I need to change to another server (with worst latency but stable at least) to keep playing.

I've got the same on EU servers, big latency spikes non stop, starting yesterday. Ping on all servers seems higher than normal too. On my end I've restarted all my equipment and normally have no issues at all, so it seems like the problem is not on our side so far.
