Severe Shader Spiking after 3.25.1
On release of the expansion, the game ran smooth as butter, but after the 3.25.1 update, I started getting severe lag spikes from the shaders. Seems to happen a lot when I do leap slam. It was so bad I was forced to switch from lockstep to predictive just to keep playing.

I too have been having frequent lag spikes since the 3.25.1 patch. Like yourself the game was great, super smooth till then.
Now, on each of the characters I've played with this league, the lag is the same. It doesn't seem to affect me in Hideout, or in Kingsmarch. But in town or normal leveling zones I get these quick pauses of lag. The game stops for half a second, every 4-5 seconds. It's very noticeable just running around town, but of course more impactful when fighting where it can cause death. So far it's mostly been only extremely irritating, I've died once due to this when I shield charged into a pack only to hit a lag spike and die to a rare mob during the lag. Not super concerned about deaths pre-mapping, but the constant stutter-step lag is frustrating enough to prevent me from playing. I've tried repairing the games files, I've tried uninstalling and re-installing. So far nothing has helped. Still searching around, hoping to find someone who has found a solution. And while I have found that not everyone is affected by this, in fact a vast majority seem unaffected, I've also found no solution and nothing to indicate that GGG cares or even sees it as a problem. |

Same issue here. Tried everything. Can runn all other games no problem..its certaintly on there end.
