Recombinators and "favoring higher tier mods"

I've used Recomb a handful of times and if there is a low tier mod on the list, it has ALWAYS been picked over high tier mods. I've been recombination double influenced shaper/elder swords and have had a T5 accuracy mod that is picked every single time over the other T1/T2 mods.

I think this language on the recombinator is misleading, as the actual choosing of mods seems to be based more on mod weight. If this perception is correct, please update the description on the mechanic.

If you want good statistics you need to recomb at least 100 items, maybe 1000s. Last league i found 5 paradoxicas in 5 intervention safehouses and didnt find another the entire league and i farmed jun all league.
