Disappearing Perfect Forest Tiger

Hello,
I used the Perfect Forest Tiger to spawn it and nothing spawned. I figured maybe it's still there and I can't use it so I used my Raise Spectre (pressing A to locate it) and nothing happened. Loss of 10 divines. Is this a known issue? It was done in hideout (Celestial Nebula Hideout) on PC.
