eyes of zeal crashing my game.

Cannot play the game because everytime the item gets on my screen, the game slows down till it freezes, then crashes. I need this item to continue in my quest, so im softlocked. I tried do change my renderer from dx 11 to dx 12, didnt work. lowered the graphics to the lowest, didnt work. changed server, didnt work. im out of ideas and im pretty annoyed by this. if someone could help me id be very happy.
