Can't ransom nor rescue my mappers after rezoning

I usually swap in a life flask for Kingsmarch bosses. After clicking "Rescue" i equiped a life flask, then went to my hideout and back to kingsmarch to get the charges. The boss portal was gone and i'm unable to choose "rescue" or "ransom", i can only abandon my mappers.

I entered and accidentally clicked the portal when i was inside due to lag. When i loaded into kingsmarch, portals where all gone, went around the town 3 times, no portals anywhere

I got even stranger bug. Get notification, go to Kingsmarch. Opened mapping device. Didnt show up anything (rescue, abandon etc..). Now I cant even do mapping anymore.
