Catarina Safehouses not counting towards Magnificent Mastery challenge

The challenge Magnificent Mastery includes "Complete Betrayal Safehouses (x/40)" and when I did a Catarina safehouse it did not increase the amount of safehouses I've completed. Not sure if it's a bug or intentional
