King of the Mist not working on 2nd phase.

Hey, 2nd time facing off agaisnt the King of the Mists and he is bugged on his 2nd phase where he transfroms.

Dealing with same issue, ran through the maze into the portal and he's just standing there doing nothing except making noises like he's from The Walking Dead.
