Elreon got trapped inside a waggon and i could not speak with him.

As title says i try and teleport to him an all try and talk from all angles, an nothing worked. I know sometimes i got stuck when i played my melee char. and use leap slam, maybe that's how he got stuck there or something.
Went in to fight them in there an when panic was over and i wanted to speak with him i could not. Not sure if this is a known bug. hopefully no one else have experienced it.
