4 affix harvest reforge

When using prefixes/suffixes cannot be change and reforge in harvest with a 4 affix item (3+fracture) and an affix of the type being reforged (attack speed for reforge speed) if the item doesn't roll 5 affixes the pervious target affix of the craft is kept (t2 attack speed) and not reforged (t1-4 attack speed).
