Equiped item dissapeard after boss fight in The Chamber of Innocence

Hello,

I encountered a bug while fighting the boss in The Chamber of Innocence. During the battle, I died several times (around 5-10 times). After finally defeating the boss, I noticed that my unique item (gloves) were no longer equipped or in my inventory.

However, I was still able to use the skills associated with the gems that were socketed in my gloves, even though the gloves themselves were missing. This seems like a glitch.

Could someone please check the logs to see what happened? Is there a possibility that dying multiple times could result in losing items?
