After selecting Rescue I am now unable to spawn a portal or pay ransom.

Bandits kidnapped my mappers as they have dozens of times.
I select Rescue and the UI closes to spawn a portal, but no portal spawned.

After selecting the mapping UI again the Rescue button is now Grey, the Random button is grey (with 125k gold on my person) and the only interactable option is to abandon my 6 tier 10 mappers which means losing millions of gold to farm new ones.
