Rog bug

I didn't applied the modification to assure the yellow marked mods were the ones to be altered, but I can't see logic into this life mod marked there...

You, GGG, probably need to review that. There is clearly something wrong. Or maybe someone could explain the logic behind that? Is the t1 life mode "lower level" than t2 mana mod? Something like that? Really confusing.

t1 life - 64 lvl
t2 mana - 69 lvl
Why is PoE even using an extra obfuscating step with these affix tiers ?

Why not remove them and use the minimum required item level directly ?

No, you misunderstand me.

I don't mean removing requirements.

I mean replacing tiers by level requirements (at least for display purposes).

So for instance instead of showing

Fecund (Tier 1) — Life
+139(130-144) to Maximum Life

the Alt-view for that affix would show

Fecund (iLvl 64) — Life
+139(130-144) to Maximum Life

Are you suggesting to rework the entire tier system just to make it easier for a few players to craft with Rog? But why? I have no problem with it. Plus, you don't have to guess which mod will be removed by Rog, they are highlighted.
It's not just about Rog, this would also help a lot to figure out whether the tier of an affix of an item you just dropped is the best tier that affix could have on it, or not.
Perhaps this information would be useful to you as a ruthless player. But I think for many it is much more important to see whether it is a T1 mod or a T3.

How so? If you drop a lvl 83 item with a lvl 72 resistance on it, do you know if it can go higher? Because thats a trick question, T1 Chaos is ilvl 82 and T1 elemental is ilvl 83. There are some mods that have 1 tier with ilvl 75 requirement and some that have 2 tiers, one of which needs 75, the second needs 84, its a pretty complicated system and tiers serve their purpose decently well.

Ok, good point, how about :

pre-Fecund (iLvl 54 - next tier at 64) — Life
+124(115-129) to Maximum Life

or possibly abbreviated as

pre-Fecund (iLvl 54-63) — Life
+124(115-129) to Maximum Life

and

Fecund (iLvl 64) — Life
+139(130-144) to Maximum Life

(With Fecund not having a second number because it's the best tier.)

?
