Instant alt tab issue

Might as well ask here since I can't find a fix anywhere.

I pressed some odd key combo that made alt tab show preview windows,
it used to be instant.

I don't want a panel, no small windows, no preview icons, nothing.
Just instant switch between all programs.

How the hell do I get it back?
If it wasn't my end, a key smash error, then maybe a new "feature" with win11 update? God I HATE IT.

How do I get it back to being instant, without anything, no panel bar, icons, mini window preview, nothing. Just snapping between all open fullscreen programs instantly.
