Magmatic Strikes activating even after notable is overwritten by Caspiro Timeless Jewel

Not in hideout, I have Magmatic Strikes allocated that's being transformed with Jewel seed 29860.

Tooltip shows that I'm getting fire damage. When Magmatic strikes is off, I have 0.

I tested in an elemental reflect map, and it is applying the fire damage. rip.
