is the "Anarchy Scarab of Gigantification" bugged?

Hey

I've been running into a weird issue:

- Anarchy Scarab of Gigantification used
- Mirror of Delirium activated
- Rogue Giant under that typical animation does not always create more exiles.

Its almost as if the giant effect, the nesting doll result, is removed when you kill an exile under that very specific delirium animation when they are "frozen" in place while that animation plays out.

Its not always the case too, sometimes I do have them pop, otherwise it just gone.

Has anyone else walked into this?
