Can you explain the rewards i got in sanctum?

I run the Gilded Chalice.
So i found 3 div in last floor. Then i got Mirror of Fortune.
I dont know which one was dublicated.
After that i got the Sacred Mirror.
At the end i also took 2 Exalt and 12 Regal orbs.
After lycia i got 14 Div, 2 Exalt and 24 Regal.
I cannot explain how this result is possible.
Can you help me? :)

order is:
1 Div - 2 Div - Mirror of Fortune - Sacred Mirror - 2 Exalt - 12 Regal
Gave me:
14 Div 2 Exalt 24 Regal with Gilded Chalice
