trade website issue

this is the second time i have this issue first time it happened then kinda went back to normal on its own idk how or what cause it to happen, this is the second time now the trade website takes long to load and its a simple white page almost with no CSS design and it makes it hard to trade or look for items idk how to post pictures so if ur one of the devs pls contact me on the account i'll provide screenshots if needed and pls responde with a solution, Thank you . This sounds like a ipconfig/flushdns issue or a caching problem.
Have you tried Ctrl + F5 to force refresh?
