I get really hefty Lagspikes since 2 Days. Here is the WINMTR but i dont know what the info means. What can i do.

YOU are going to be a little more specific and include WinMTR's ran while playing and lagging (300 seconds minimum) and also include where you are and which server you are trying to use as EU' has like 4 servers.

@OP you seem to be from Germany to France correct?

In the WinMTR the latency is ok but there is packet loss of at least 13% starting at the 4th hop or maybe the third, that early one you could only contact your ISP and provide them with the WinMTR,
