Orb of Storms
Hydrosphere Voltaxic Burst Sources of Lightning > Cold conversion, slap on an Eternity Shroud for memes. GGG only caters to their beloved league sheep and whales, majority of whom treat Standard like it doesn't exist. Not everyone enjoys temp leagues.

Tried to look for something on data base that might be using similar support + original sin.
https://poe.ninja/builds/settlers?items=Original+Sin,Rare+Helmet&allskills=Concentrated+Effect+Support,Hypothermia+Support&sort=dps Builds look like mostly Penance brand. There's a blade vortex and the other few look like attack builds. Pretty OP crowns being used although your blizzard crown might actually be better than the +2/-2 skills/supports, not sure, guess it depends on the skill.
