It all started after I reached level 92, I noticed that I was not given a passive skill point from 91 to 92. I thought that this would be fixed over time and decided to wait and take the next level. But after I took level 93, I was not given 2 points, but only one. And when I enter the /passives, it tells me that the distribution is 1 level lower than mine.
