Is there a limit to number of Scryed maps?

I have 7 or 8 sets of scried maps and have been running Burial Chamber for literally 5 days without seeing the nameless seer at all. I have tried alch & go, 8 mod corrupt, maven/exarch/eater (and none at all), lots of scarabs, no scarabs... every combination I could think of. Is there something about this map that bugs the seer? Or something that I am not aware of, other than maybe I'm just on a really cold streak?

All maps are lvl 16, btw. Thanks for any advice.

Edit: Also - I am clearing the map down to 0 monsters left. I forgot to mention.

Don't think so. Its just a rare spawn so there are big swings in RNG. People saying same thing about other maps. Haven't seen any actual evidence of it not being uniform probability across the maps.
I have a lot more, and still encounter the seer once every 50 maps or so. At this point he is just a free unique item for disenchanting, because I already scryed most of the good maps.

Just to clarify, he does show up as an NPC on the minimap now, right? Like, I can't just be accidentally walking past him, can I?

The last time I found him was more than a week ago and I have run at least 100 Burial Chambers along with other maps when I run out of burial chambers and haven't seen him anywhere. In the other maps where I have seen him, he usually just popped up right under my nose. This seems like a really long cold streak; should I be using a left-handed mouse or something??
All the times I have found him he was on the mini-map. It is very hard to notice when he spawns though, particularly if not looking on the mini map. I would assume on the 6 or so times I found him, I probably missed seeing it multiple times. I think the visibility should be improved. For example, when beyond or delirium bosses spawn, they are very noticeable. Both in the environment and on the mini-map.

Nameless Seer has a chance to spawn when the last monster of a randomly selected monster type in the map is killed.

Maps with bad layouts give people problems because they skip the annoying to get to small spots when clearing the map. Make sure you are going into the small side rooms inside the middle zone of the map.

Is this confirmed? I know that's how it worked last league, and a lot of people seemed to think it is how it still works with the way they are spawning, but I haven't seen anything official?

Just to put a cap on the thread, I finally found him and have discovered the key to the Nameless Seer: he is always in the last map that you farm him in. So figure out how many maps you are going to farm, and then start from the opposite end of the list.

He did pop up right under my nose again - right after I killed the last of a group of something or another. He was in the main area, not the boss room. And he did appear on the minimap, although I didn't walk away from him to see how far the draw distance on the map would be. By the time I found him, I was so fed up that I just did my scry and quit the game.

Maybe that is the key instead: When GGG detects that they have successfully beaten your soul into a pulp, right when you are looking around for a clock or a window to see how long you've been sitting in this casino anyway, you get a small jackpot... just enough to convince you to sit back down and pull the handle again.
