PoE Freezes on maps with high count of monsters

Hello, I have a problem with Poe just get into stand still and then my character is dead on the ground.

I have observed this problem in this league - I haven't encounter this issue in previous leagues. When I'm a map with a lot of monsters (mainly full specked harbingers or breach with delirium) with my bleed lacerate glad im getting huge lags. It is not recent - I had this kind of lags before in previous leagues when farming mobs heavy mechanics, but now my computer is "skipping a bit". Im usually watching some film on the second monitor that is playing from local disc and now I've observed that when Poe starts lagging my video feed is lagging too - sometimes 4 - 5 sec of video feed standstill, it is similar o processor overload or sth.

The worst part of this whole issue is the fact that in some cases Poe just stops - everything if frozen and I have to kill the process in the task manager in order to save my character from certain death. This issue can happen multiple times in one map. On task menager Poe showed as "not responding" process.

I tend to run poe on lowest possible settings.

My pc specks:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600
16 GB RAM 3200MHz
NVIDIA RTX 2070 SUPER
Samsung Evo SSD m.2 disc with sufficient space
Generic FullHD monitor
Windows 10

Temps:
up to 70 - 75 degrees C on graphics card,
up to 60 - 65 degrees C on processor

Please help me with this problem. Something was changed this league and it's not fun to run maps for exp to lvl 100 just to die to a total Poe freeze. I can try to tape it if it would help or create logs to analyse. Please, help me.

Performance degraded for sure.
I had the same issues with Harb+Deli with 1600x, 5500(almost 3600).
The thing is to don't get lower than <5fps and I can tell you that on 5900x you can handle this content without crashing.
On Probation Any%
Performance is worse for sure. For ex. blighted maps. When im doing a blighted map at some point i have so much lag that im incapable of setting up towers or even use my character. Blight - ravaged maps are impossible for me, cause i cannot do anything on map, its unplayable.

I didn't have this issue in any league with blight to be specific. Every content is more laggy. I was doing abyss with beyond and breach with CoC Bow DD with awa spell cascade in crucible league and was getting more FPS then now. It's hard
