New Weapon, new Problems

Since i got a new weapon, suddenly bleeding doesnt increase my DPS anymore.
But reducing the cooldown of the Skill that causes Bleeding benefits a lot. Can someone explain that to me? Would save me 7 Points on Tree.  Im bad at math. Last bumped on Sep 27, 2024, 5:42:56 AM
